Caribbean cuisine reflects the history of the Islands - the food is fusion of Spanish, Arawak, African, French, English, East Indian and Chinese influences so you are bound to find something to suit your taste. The food is exotic, with an abundance of seafood, vegetables and delectable fruits to excite the palate – Amirage offers a wide selection of dishes to enable you to tailor-make your menu.

We use the finest Caribbean ingredients in all menus; ingredients are sourced from the UK’s leading specialist importers of Caribbean foods, as well as local suppliers. We use premium quality meat, poultry, seafood, fish, vegetables, fruits and, of course, fresh herbs and spices.

Typically, menus range in price from £25 to £45 per head and cover the cost of all ingredients for a three course meal. The hire of your personal Caribbean chef ranges from £150 to £250 depending on the number of diners. The fee covers the food shopping, preparation, cooking, clearing up and advice. We are happy to cater for menus comprising more than three courses (for example, some clients like to sample several starters, or have a selection of desserts) –
simply tells us what you would like and we will provide you
with a quote.
