I just wanted to drop you a line to say many thanks for ensuring my recent dinner party was an outstanding success. I have had so many compliments from my guests from the excellent choice of dishes and eye catching presentation to the wonderful taste sensations from each of the courses. And everyone mentioned that the rum punch was delicious and exotic and the only way to start the evening off.
Thanks too for all your hard work and expertise - you made the whole experience so enjoyable. Your advice and explanation of the dishes during our consultation was invaluable and you prepared them with such ease in the kitchen it was a joy to watch a professional at work.
Finally, I would just like to say that I have never felt so relaxed before, during or after a dinner party so I look forward to using Amirage again in the very near future.

Just a short letter to thank you for making our dinner party such a success. All our friends were raving about the food for days after, no doubt you'll be getting calls from them to cater for them too. The rum punch really got the evening off to a great start and the variety of flavours and presentation was fantastic. It was so nice to be able to enjoy a top class meal in the comfort of our own home, and was far better value than any of the usual restaurants we would choose. And we didn't need a taxi home at the end of it either!
We chose Amirage to have a change from the usual. My wife won out in choosing many of the dishes, and I have to admit, I was not expecting to enjoy some of the ones she chose, but every single dish was absolutely delicious. I am a convert to Caribbean cuisine, and can't wait to get Amirage back.

I felt I had to write to thank you so much for making my dinner party a truly carefree and enjoyable evening for all – especially me! Not having to worry that my guests were being entertained while I was deep in food preparation was wonderful, I could not have managed all of those courses for eight guests with such ease.
The pre-party consultation and the advice you gave ensured a successful evening right down to the last detail. The food was exceptional – and so different. From the pre-diner cocktail to the passion fruit mould! I had so many compliments from my guests that I wanted to pass them on to you, with thanks.
I will be holding a summer party for a special birthday and would love to repeat the Caribbean experience. I will make sure I give you enough warning so you can arrange a super time for all again.

I thought that I would take the time to thank you for catering for our dinner party, to celebrate my husband and his sister’s birthdays.
From my point of view catering for eight people would have been a nightmare, however, we found that with your professionalism and ease in the kitchen everything went extremely smoothly. My husband and our guests were delighted with the array of dishes. The dishes complemented each other well and we found that the ample portions meant that we were more than satisfied with the menu you suggested.
We particularly enjoyed your carrot punch - we have never tried this before and I may well call you for the recipe!
You provided an excellent service and I would recommend you to our friends and relatives. We wish you good luck with your venture.
