Amirage Caribbean Cuisine provides:
- A personal chef service for private dinner and lunch parties, both formal and informal (we do not provide ‘mass catering’ eg large wedding receptions*)
- The service in London and the Home Counties
- Free home consultation to discuss your event and select menu if you wish to proceed
- Advice on choice of dishes and drinks
- Kitchen check (eg type of cooker)
- Confirmation of all requirements
- Shopping for all ingredients
- Our own small appliances/cooking equipment (we use the client’s
cooker/refrigerator/freezer etc) - Cooking service in the client’s home
- Kitchen clear-up before leaving the client’s home
- Guidance on serving the meal
- Menu cards
- Post event follow-up
- Some clients ask for their chef to remain throughout the duration of the meal. This can be accommodated for an additional fee which is agreed with the client
- Gift vouchers tailored to your needs (eg price) so that you can treat friends and family members.
