Amirage Caribbean Cuisine provides personal chefs to cater for lunch and dinner parties – for all types of occasions.
Caribbean cuisine reflects the history of the Islands – the food is fusion of Spanish, Arawak, African, French, English, East Indian and Chinese influences so you are bound to find something to suit your taste. The food is exotic, with an abundance of seafood, vegetables and delectable fruits to excite the palate.
We use the finest ingredients in all menus. Ingredients are sourced from the UK’s best Caribbean food suppliers. We use premium quality meat, poultry, seafood, fish, vegetables, fruits and, of course, fresh herbs and spices.
Typically, menus range in price from £25 to £45 per head and cover the cost of all ingredients for a three course meal. The fee for the personal chef depends on the number of courses selected and number of diners. The fee covers the food shopping, preparation, cooking, clearing up and advice. We are happy to tailor dishes to your taste – simply tells us what you would like and we will provide a quote.
