Amirage’s personal chefs focus exclusively on Caribbean cuisine. We provide delicious, authentic Caribbean meals prepared by talented chefs. There is an extensive choice of dishes to allow you to tailor your menu. We take into account personal preferences and will help you create an imaginative menu that reflects your occasion, taste, dietary needs and budget.
You select your menu at a free home consultation. Then we send you a booking confirmation which sets out your requirements in detail and the cost for your dinner or lunch party. Your booking is secured with a 50% deposit. The outstanding amount is paid to your personal chef on the day of your dinner or lunch party.
On the day of your dinner or lunch party, your chef will prepare the meal in your kitchen. If you are new to Caribbean cuisine and require assistance on serving, your personal chef will give you advice. She then vanishes, leaving you to entertain your guests and bask in the glory of a very special meal.
Menus range in price from £25 to £45 per head and cover the cost of all ingredients. The fee for your personal chef depends on the number of courses selected and number of diners.
To avoid disappointment, book at least four weeks in advance of your event.
