Having been wooed by the menus on your website and your confident menu planning, I had a slight cynical reservation that the pre-dinner experience may have been too good to be true.
Come the day of my birthday party, I and my guests were delighted with the meal you so skilfully, yet matter-of-factly, created. What a pity the internet can't communicate the mesmerising smell of the dishes you prepared.
My friends have, frankly, become bores incessantly regaling your ginger trout dish and I appear to have developed withdrawal symptoms for plantain and spinach bake!
You were so professional - you were focused totally on the food preparation and when you talked through the menus it's obvious you have a genuine love of Caribbean cuisine - it was fascinating to watch you prepare the food.
Expect an imminent booking from a friend!

Just a short letter to thank you for making our dinner party such a success. All our friends were raving about the food for days after, no doubt you'll be getting calls from them to cater for them too. The rum punch really got the evening off to a great start and the variety of flavours and presentation was fantastic. It was so nice to be able to enjoy a top class meal in the comfort of our own home, and was far better value than any of the usual restaurants we would choose. And we didn't need a taxi home at the end of it either!
We chose Amirage to have a change from the usual. My wife won out in choosing many of the dishes, and I have to admit, I was not expecting to enjoy some of the ones she chose, but every single dish was absolutely delicious. I am a convert to Caribbean cuisine, and can't wait to get Amirage back.

Thank you for catering for our dinner party, to celebrate my husband and his sister's birthdays.
From my point of view catering for eight people would have been a nightmare, however, we found that with your professionalism and ease in the kitchen everything went extremely smoothly. My husband and our guests were delighted with the array of dishes. The dishes complemented each other well and we found that the ample portions meant that we were more than satisfied with the menu you suggested.
We particularly enjoyed your carrot punch - we have never tried this before and I may well call you for the recipe!

I had to write to thank you so much for making my dinner party a truly carefree and enjoyable evening for all - especially me! Not having to worry that my guests were being entertained while I was deep in food preparation was wonderful, I could not have managed all of those courses for eight guests with such ease.
The pre-party consultation and the advice you gave ensured a successful evening right down to the last detail. The food was exceptional - and so different. From the pre-diner cocktail to the passion fruit mould! I had so many compliments from my guests that I wanted to pass them on to you, with thanks.
